Quand la limite est d\u00e9pass\u00e9e, l\u2019employeur doit consid\u00e9rer le travailleur comme \u00e9tant en contrat \u00e0 dur\u00e9e ind\u00e9termin\u00e9e (CDI) depuis le d\u00e9but de son entr\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise, et aux m\u00eames conditions pr\u00e9vues par le CDD (statut, horaires, r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, etc.).
